What FormFlux is

FormFlux is a form builder. You create forms, share them with people, and collect their responses. We store the data and show it to you.

That is the service. We try to keep it working, fast, and reliable.

Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Everything that happens under your account
• Making sure your email address is valid and current

If you think someone else has access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us.

Fair use policy

We offer unlimited forms and responses on all plans. That said, we expect reasonable usage.

Fair use means:

• Using FormFlux for its intended purpose (building forms)
• Not abusing the system with automated spam or scraping
• Not using FormFlux to attack, phish, or defraud people
• Not reselling FormFlux as your own product
• Not hammering our servers with unreasonable request volumes

If your usage is significantly outside normal patterns (thousands of forms, millions of responses, excessive API calls), we may reach out to discuss your needs. We are not trying to nickel and dime you, but we do need to keep the service running for everyone.

If we determine that usage is abusive or harmful, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account.

What you can and cannot do

You can:

• Create as many forms as you need
• Collect responses from your users
• Use the data you collect for your own purposes
• Embed forms on your website
• Connect integrations to send data elsewhere
• Export your data at any time

You cannot:

• Use FormFlux for anything illegal
• Collect data you are not authorized to collect
• Create forms that impersonate other companies or individuals
• Use FormFlux to send spam or phishing attempts
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or steal our code or designs
• Interfere with other users or the operation of the service
• Collect highly sensitive data (health records, government IDs, payment card numbers) without proper compliance measures in place

Your content and data

You own your forms and the responses you collect. We do not claim ownership of your content.

By using FormFlux, you give us permission to store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service. For example, we need to store your form to show it to respondents, and we need to store responses to show them to you.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to collect the data you collect. If someone submits personal information through your form, you are the data controller. FormFlux is the processor.

Payments and billing

We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase (monthly or one-time for lifetime).

Prices may change, but we will notify you before any change affects your current subscription.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the issue is resolved.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan.

Your forms and data remain intact. You do not lose anything by downgrading, though some features may become unavailable.

Cancellations are allowed, but refunds are not provided. If you cancel, you simply stop being charged going forward.

Lifetime plans

A lifetime plan means you pay once and get access to paid features for as long as FormFlux exists.

"Lifetime" refers to your lifetime as a user, not a guarantee that FormFlux will exist forever. If we ever shut down the service, we will give you advance notice and help you export your data.

Lifetime plans are non-refundable once purchased.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. Things break sometimes. The internet is unpredictable.

We may occasionally take the service offline for maintenance. We will try to give notice when possible.

We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime or service interruptions.

Changes to the service

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will try not to break things you rely on, but we cannot promise that every feature will exist forever.

If we make significant changes that negatively affect you, we will do our best to provide notice and alternatives.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. When you do, we will delete your data from active systems. Some data may persist in backups temporarily.

We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. If the violation is severe (fraud, abuse, illegal activity), we may terminate without warning.

If we terminate your account for cause, you are not entitled to a refund.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

FormFlux is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FormFlux.

Our total liability to you for any claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FormFlux harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where FormFlux operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top.

If changes are significant, we will notify you via email or a notice in the app. Continued use of FormFlux after changes means you accept the new terms.
